These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PaLLi, including the PaLLi website, web dashboard, and any bots or integrations (such as Discord).
1. Who we are
"PaLLi", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the PaLLi project/team. You can contact us at support@trypalli.com.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using PaLLi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your use of PaLLi is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use PaLLi.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use PaLLi with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You must follow all rules of the platforms you use PaLLi on (for example, Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines).
4. Early Access Status
PaLLi is in early access. That means features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update PaLLi without notice.
5. Accounts and security
- If you create a website account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- If you link a platform account (for example, Discord), you confirm you have the right to link and use that account with PaLLi.
- You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Subscription, billing, and refunds
Paid access to PaLLi is offered as a subscription during early access. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Pricing. During early access, Founding Member access is $9/month, billed immediately and then monthly. Standard pricing after launch is planned to be $29/month.
- Recurring billing. Your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis unless you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access until the end of the current paid period (subject to Stripe and platform rules).
- Founder rate. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, you may be charged the then-current pricing (and Founding Member pricing may no longer be available).
- Refunds. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something is wrong (for example, duplicate billing), contact us and we will review.
7. Your content and permissions
You own the content you submit to PaLLi (for example, messages, images, and files). You grant PaLLi a limited license to host, store, reproduce, and process your content only as needed to operate and improve the service, including generating responses, maintaining memory, and troubleshooting issues.
You are responsible for the content you provide, including ensuring you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PaLLi for illegal activities or to promote harm.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse others through PaLLi.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access controls.
- Upload malware or use PaLLi to disrupt systems or networks.
- Use PaLLi in ways that violate the rules of the platform you are using (for example, Discord).
9. AI output and important disclaimers
- Not professional advice. PaLLi may generate inaccurate or incomplete information. Do not rely on PaLLi as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice.
- No emergencies. PaLLi is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services.
- You are responsible. You are responsible for how you use outputs from PaLLi and for verifying information where appropriate.
10. Third-party services
PaLLi depends on third-party services (for example, Discord for chat, Stripe for payments, and third-party AI model providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PaLLi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to PaLLi if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required for safety/security reasons, or if we discontinue the service.
12. Intellectual property
PaLLi (including the website, software, and branding) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in PaLLi.
13. Disclaimers
PaLLi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaLLi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use PaLLi; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on PaLLi; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PaLLi and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of PaLLi or your violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of PaLLi after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
